2. Educational & Metric Nature
The NovusEQ Assessment and the Relational Competence Score (RCS) are educational data-processing tools designed for professional development and self-awareness.
Not Medical Advice: The RCS is a performance metric, not a clinical psychological diagnosis. It does not replace the advice of a licensed therapist or medical professional.
No Guarantees: While the Global Index is calibrated for high-performance benchmarking, individual results may vary based on self-reporting accuracy.
3. Digital Products & Refund Policy
We adhere to a strict policy regarding the sale of digital intellectual property.
Immediate Access: The Full Diagnostic Report ($29) is a digital download delivered instantly upon payment.
No Refunds: Due to the irrevocable nature of digital delivery, all sales of the Diagnostic Report are final and non-refundable. By completing the purchase, you waive your right to a withdrawal period for digital content.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, code, and methodology on this platform are the exclusive property of NovusEQ.
Protected Assets: The "35-Question Protocol," the "Relational Competence Score (RCS)" algorithm, and the "Verified Human" badge designs are proprietary assets.
Usage License: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the badge for personal display (e.g., LinkedIn profile) upon completion of the assessment. You may not resell, reverse engineer, or reproduce the assessment logic.
5. User Conduct & Integrity
Users agree to provide accurate information for the purpose of generating a valid score. NovusEQ reserves the right to invalidate badges generated from fraudulent or bot traffic.
6. Limitation of Liability
NovusEQ shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of your RCS score in professional hiring, dating, or personal decision-making. The score is a data point, not a mandate.
